golang - junit

golang에서 jenkins를 통해 빌드를 하다보면 junit파일 형식으로 출력해야 되는 경우가 있습니다. 대부분에 golang 도구들은 jnit을 지원합니다. 아래와 같이 Makefile을 작성하여 CI를 구축하였습니다.
